Application for PhD Dissertation Proposal

2023학년도 1학기 박사과정 학위논문제안서 제출 및 심사·평가를 아래와 같이 시행하오니 기한 내에 해당서류를 교학과에 제출하시기 바랍니다.

The schedule for dissertation proposal for PhD students in Spring semester is as follows. 

Please submit the related documents at GSIAS office within the due date.

- 다 음 -

1. 학위논문제안 심사평가 대상자 (Proposal candidates should)

    - 4회 이상 등록한 자

    - 수료학점 36학점을 취득한 자

   - 논문지도 I 이수자 또는 신청자

      ※ 2018년 및 이후 입학생은 반드시 연구등록완료 후 신청가능

         연구등록 마감 : 3/7(화)까지

   - Registered more than 4 semesters

    - Acquired above 36 credits of requirements

    - Completed or registered ’Thesis GuidanceⅠ’

    ※ Those who entered year 2018 and later need to complete research registration beforehand.

       The applicaton period for research registration is till Tue 7 March. 

2. 학위논문 제안심사 응시원서 제출기한 : ~ 2023. 3. 14(화)

   Deadline for application: ~ March 14(Tue), 2023

3. 제출서류(Required documents)

    - 학위논문제안서 심사응시원서(양식게시판 또는 본 게시물 첨부파일 다운로드) 1부

   - 논문제안심사비 입금증 사본 1부를 교학과에 제출

     ※ 연구등록자는 심사비 면제   

   -  If you want to apply for the dissertation proposal this semester, 

      please submit the application form (attached file) and a payment receipt of the evaluation fee.

     ※ If you＇ve done research registration, you don＇t need to pay for evaluation fee. 

    - 입금계좌 : 우리은행 1005-901-325122(한국외국어대학교)

    - 논문제안심사비 : 15만원

    - Account: Woori Bank 1005-901-325122 (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies)

    - Evaluation fee: 150,000 KRW

4. 학위논문 제안심사 평가서 제출 : 2023. 6. 9(금)까지

    Deadline for the review of thesis proposal : June 9(Fri), 2023

1)  논문제안 심사는 지도교수포함 3인으로 구성하며, 지도교수는 학위논문제안심사 공개발표를 통하여

     학위논문제안심사평가서 (양식게시판 또는 본 공지사항 첨부파일 다운로드)를 작성

     학과주임교수에게 제출

2)  학과주임교수는 소속학과 학위논문제안 심사평가 대상자의 학위논문제안 심사평가서를

     취합하여 교학과에 제출

1)  Commitee members(3 advisors including a thesis advisor) should submit the

    evaluations of students’ thesis proposals (attached file) to the Department Chair

    after the public presentation session.

2) The Department Chair should gather the evaluation packages of the candidates and submit them to GSIAS office.

5. 참고사항(Note)

   논문제안평가는 공개심사로 하며, 평가성적은 100점 만점에 각 80점 이상을 취득하여야 함.

   The review of the dissertation proposal is opened to the public, the score should be above 80 points out of 100 for pass.
