2023년도 제1학기 논문지도 I, II 신청서를 다음과 같이 접수하오니, 이번 학기에 논문지도 I, II을 이수하고자 하는 학생은
기간 내에 교학과에 관련 신청서를 제출하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상
1) 논문지도Ⅰ: 박사과정 수료자(또는 박사과정 수료자이면서 학위논문제안심사 신청자)
2) 논문지도 Ⅱ: 논문지도Ⅰ이수자(또는 논문지도Ⅰ이수자이면서 학위논문심사 신청자)
2. 신청기간 : ∼ 2023. 3. 9(목)
3. 제출서류 :
- 논문지도 신청서 ＋ 논문지도비 입금증
4. 논문지도비
- 학기 당 20만원(입금계좌 : 우리은행 1005-901-325122)
※ 본인명의(학번기재)로 입금하시기 바랍니다.
※ 연구등록 대상자(2018학번부터)는 논문지도비가 면제되나
반드시 연구등록을 통해 연구등록비를 납부해주시기 바랍니다.
5. 기타사항
1) 기간 중 논문지도신청서를 제출한 학생에 한하여, 논문지도 과목을 교학처에서 수강 처리 합니다.
2) 서류제출 후 논문지도 수강신청 여부를 3. 14(화) 이후 종합정보 수강신청 화면에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.
3) 기간 중 대학원 교학처 직접 제출, 우편으로 제출 가능하며, 우편 접수자는 서류 접수 여부를 개별 확인하시기 바랍니다.
6. 논문지도 I, II과목 관련
1) 논문지도이수 : 지도교수에게 논문지도를 받고 해당 지도교수가 성적 입력기간에 종합정보상으로 Pass/Fail 성적입력
2) 논문지도를 신청하고 학기말에 Pass 성적을 받지 못한 학생은 다음 학기 재신청하여 Pass성적을 받아야 합니다.
3) 박사학위청구 논문제출(졸업논문)은 논문지도 Ⅱ 이수예정자부터 가능합니다.

[PhD]Thesis Guidance I, II Application
In the 2023 spring semester, the students who want to take Thesis Guidance Ⅰ,Ⅱ course should
submit the application form within the deadline to the GSIAS office.
1. Candidate should be:
1) For Thesis GuidanceⅠ: Students who have completed coursework
(and those who wish to do PhD Dissertation Proposal)
2) For Thesis Guidance II : Students who have taken Thesis GuidanceⅠ
(and those who wish to do PhD Dissertation)
2. Deadline : ~ March 9(Thur) 2023
3. Required Documents
- Thesis Guidance Application form＋ Receipt of the payment for Thesis Guidance
4. Payment for thesis guidance : \200,000 / semester, Wooribank 1005-901-325122
※ The students should make payments with student＇s own name and student＇s number.
※ If your student ID starts with 2018, you don＇t need to pay for the thesis guidance but
you need to apply and complete the research registration.
5. Note
1) These courses are to be registered just for the students who have submitted required documents before the deadline.
2) After submitting the document, the students can check the result on the HUFS homepage(종합정보시스템) after March 14(Tue).
3) Students can submit the document directly to the GSIAS office or via E-mail.
※ The students who send it through E-mail or Fax should check whether the documents are submitted properly.
6. Thesis Guidance I, II
1) The students will receive grade(Pass/Fail) after completing the course.
2) For the students who get Fail, they should take the course again and receive Pass in the next semester
3) Only the students who completed Thesis Guidance Ⅱ course can submit thesis.
