2023학년도 1학기 한국외국어대학교 외국인등록증 단체접수(온라인) 안내
안녕하세요. 한국외국어대학교 국제처입니다.
국제처에서는 학생들의 원활한 외국인등록증 발급을 위하여 온라인으로 단체 접수를 진행합니다. 신청이 필요한 학생들은 해당 기간 내에 반드시 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 개별적으로 진행을 한 학생들은 신청하지 않아도 됩니다.
1. 신청기간 안내
1) 외국인등록증 신규 발급:
3월2일(목) ~ 3월10일(금)
*기간 내에 한국 입국한 학생만 신청 가능
2) 체류 기간 연장:
2월22일(수) ~ 3월24일(금)
3) 체류 자격 변경:
2월15일(수)~2월21일(화)
*필요에 의해 추가 신청을 진행할 수 있음

ARC group application for 2023 Spring semester
Hello. This is Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Office of International Affairs.
The International Exchange Team will conduct an online group application for better and easier issuance of ARC for the students. Those who need to apply, must apply within the applicable period. Students who have applied or plan to apply themselves, don’t need to apply the group application.
1. Application period information
1) Issuance of a new ARC:
March 2nd (Thu) ~ March 10th (Fri)
*You must be in Korea to apply
2) Extension of period of stay:
February 22 (Wed) ~ March 24 (Fri)
3) Change of status of residence:
February 15 (Wed) - February 21 (Tue)
*Additional applications may be made if necessary.
