교내 외국어시험 및 종합시험 공고

2023학년도 제 1학기 대학원 자체 외국어시험 및 종합시험을 아래와 같이 실시합니다.

- 외국어시험 -

1. 신청기간 : 2023. 3. 2(목) - 3. 15(수)

2. 신청자격 : 석.박사 재학생 및 수료생

3. 신청방법 : 인터넷신청 (학교 홈페이지-종합정보-학사정보-외국어시험신청)

*응시면제신청자 및 시험성적 제출자도 인터넷신청 후 서류제출 *외국어시험 전산 신청 유의사항 반드시 확인

4. 시험과목

          가. 석사과정 및 박사과정 외국어시험

   나. 외국어시험 합격기준

    ① 공통영어(22-2학기부터 공인영어 성적 제출이 원칙임.)

        ② 해당학과 지역언어

      ③ 공통사항 : 외국인은 응시 과목이 모국어일 경우 해당 외국어시험(공통영어, 지역언어) 면제 신청 가능

         ※ 국적에 따라 공통영어 또는 전공언어가 모국어인 자는 인터넷 신청 후 2023. 3.24(금)까지 첨부 양식 제출

5. 공통영어 성적표 제출기한 : 2023. 3. 24(금) 까지

* 마지막학기생의 경우, 예외적으로 3/4선인 5.24(수)까지 제출 가능

6. 대학원 자체 외국어시험(공통영어 성적 제출이 불가능한 경우 대체 요건)

가. 응 시 료 : 없음 (재응시인 경우에 한해서 1과목당 10,000원)

나. 시험일시 : 2023. 5. 6(토) 구체적인 일정 추후 공고(Update 2023.03.21: 시험일 변경)

다. 시험장소 : 추후 공고

라. 재응시료 납부기한 : 2023. 3. 24(금) 까지

7. 외국어시험 인터넷신청 유의사항

  가. 온라인 신청 후 신청결과를 전산상으로 반드시 확인해야 함. 정상 접수되었을 경우 신청 다음날 “결재”라는 메시지 확인 가능.

  나. 교내 시험 응시자 : 해당 과목 신청

  다. 대체/면제 신청자 및 한국학과 외국인학생

① 석사과정

-토익, 토플 등 공인영어성적취득자는 “공통영어성적제출” 종합정보시스템에서 신청 후 해당 성적표 원본 9.23(금)까지 교학과에 제출

-성적 미제출자 중 공통영어대학원자체시험 응시를 원하는 경우, "공통영어대학원자체시험" 클릭

-전공언어수업 A0이상 취득자는 “전공언어PASS” 전산에 신청

-한국학과 외국인학생은 “전공언어PASS” 신청 후 한국어능력시험 성적표를 3.24(금)까지 교학과에 제출

② 박사과정

-토익, 토플 등 공인영어성적취득자는 “공통영어성적제출” 신청 후 해당 성적표 원본을 3.24(금)까지 교학과에 제출

-플렉스 점수 취득자는 “전공언어대체” 또는”제2언어대체”로 신청 후 해당 성적표 원본을 3.24(금)까지 교학과에 제출

-한국학과 외국인학생 중 TOPIK 성적취득자는 “전공한국어대체” 클릭 후 해당 성적표 원본을 3.24(금)까지 교학과에 제출

   라. 본 대학원 석사출신 박사과정생 : “공통언어본교석사출신면제” 및 “전공언어(제2외국어) 본교석사출신면제”로 신청

   마. 재응시 대상자는 <재응시>에 클릭하고 재응시료(10,000원)를 2023. 3. 24(금)까지 아래 계좌로 송금

      재응시료 납부 계좌 : 우리은행 1005 901 325122 한국외국어대학교

   바. 응시면제 : 국적에 따라 공통영어 또는 전공언어가 모국어인 자는 2023. 3. 24(금)까지 첨부양식 제출

- 종 합 시 험 -

1. 신청자격 : 박사과정 수료자 또는 수료예정자

2. 신청기간 : 2023. 3. 2(목) - 3. 15(수)

3. 신청서류 : 종합시험 응시원서

4. 신청장소 : 교학과 (직접 제출) 및 이메일 접수 (hufsgsias@hufs.ac.kr)

                    *변경 안내: 코로나19 확산 방지 차원에서 이메일 접수를 받습니다.

5. 시험일시 : 2023. 5. 6(토) 구체일정 및 장소 추후 공고(Update 2023.03.21 시험일 변경)

6. 시험과목 : 전공 2과목 및 분과 1과목

2007-2012학번까지는 전공 1과목, 분과 2과목 선택 가능

2006학번까지는 선택3과목(과목은 주임교수와 협의하여 결정)

※ 국제학과의 경우, 세부전공 담당교수가 지정한 3주제이므로 세부전공 담당교수와 상의바랍니다.

7. 응 시 료 : 없음 (재응시인 경우에 한해서 1과목당 25,000원, 우리은행 1005 901 325122 한국외국어대학교로 입금)

- GSIAS Foreign Language Examination -

1. Application: 2023. 3. 2(Thu) ~ 3. 15(Wed)

2. Eligibility: Master’s and Doctoral students who are registered for this semester or have completed the course work

3. Application: On-line application only

* Application can be approved only after on-line application followed with relevant document submission.

4. Subject

   ※ Former International Relation Studies : English(General) only

   ▪ English(General) Passing Scores (Click "General English Passing Score")

   *English-using Majors : US & Canadian Studies, International Studies, UPEACE, and EU Studies(English majors)

          ▪ Major-Relevant Language

▪ Exemptions

  ※ Native speakers of English or their major-relevant regional language can obtain an exemption as appropriate.

  ※ GSIAS Master Program graduates – Please click “General English – Exemption for GSIAS Graduate” and “Major Language (or Second Foreign Language) – Exemption for GSIAS” at the online application menu.

5. Deadline for Submitting English Scores: March 24, 2023 for those who already obtained the minimum test scores

* Wed, May 24th for the last semester students.

6. GSIAS GSIAS English Test(This is for the students who cannot submit the passing score above)

- Application Fee: 10,000 won per subject when re-taking the GSIAS English Exam.

- Please transfer the fee to the following bank account no later than March 24th, 2023 :

- Date of Exam: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 (Detailed schedule will be posted later on / the date of exam is updated on March 21, 2023)

7. Instructions for online application

a. Please check the results of application on the next day. If your application was properly processed you can see “결재”.

b. Students taking the GSIAS foreign language exam on April 15th: please choose (tick) the subjects and click “Application” button at the bottom.

c. Exemptions: Please tick the appropriate exemption items and click “Application” button at the bottom

e.g. Major Language (Pass) : Master Students who obtained A0 or A＋ in their major language course

e.g. GSIAS English Test : Students who can＇t submit the TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS or FLEX scores can take GSIAS English Test.

d. If you are retaking the exam please tick the column of “retaking the exam” , and transfer the fee (10,000 won per subject) to the following bank account no later than by September 23 : Woori Bank 1005 901 325122 Hankuk University of Foreign Studies

- Comprehensive Exam(Ph.D) -

1. Eligibility : Doctoral students who have completed(or are expected to) the course work(36 credits)

2. Deadline : 2023. 3. 2(Thu) ~ 3. 15(Wed)

3. Required Documents: Application Form for Comprehensive Exam

4. Place of Submission : GSIAS Office or E-mail (hufsgsias@hufs.ac.kr)

5. Date of Exam: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 (Detailed schedule and place will be posted later on / the date of exam is updated on March 21, 2023)

6. Subject : One Concentration(Research Methods) Subjects ＋ Two Major Subject

*Students who entered between 2007 and 2012 can opt to take two concentration subjects and one major subject

*Three subjects chosen by Department Chair for those who entered until year 2006.

※ For International Studies students, please contact your Coordinating professor(concentration) first, as the subjects might change later.
